Shipping policy

Just Drip Shop ships from Italy to the destinations available at checkout. Shipping methods, prices, and estimated delivery dates are shown before payment and depend on the delivery address.

Shipping options

  • Standard Shipping: €9.95, with an estimated transit time of 10–15 business days.
  • Free Standard Shipping: available on eligible orders of €200 or more.
  • Express Shipping: €19.95, with an estimated transit time of 6–12 business days.

Only the methods available for your destination will appear at checkout. The amount and delivery estimate displayed at checkout form part of your order information and prevail if they differ from this general summary.

Processing and dispatch

Orders are processed on business days and dispatched after payment and order checks are completed. You will receive a shipping confirmation when the order leaves our fulfillment location. Transit estimates begin after dispatch unless Shopify displays a specific expected delivery date at checkout.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Promotional periods, product availability checks, customs controls, carrier disruption, severe weather, or an incomplete delivery address can extend delivery times. If we become aware of a material delay, we will contact you using the details supplied with the order.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the shipping confirmation email will include a tracking link. Tracking events can take time to appear after carrier collection.

Address changes and cancellations

Check your shipping address carefully before completing checkout. To request a change or cancellation, contact info@justdrip.shop immediately. Changes and cancellations are possible only before fulfillment and cannot be guaranteed after carrier collection.

International orders, customs and duties

International shipments can be subject to import duties, taxes, customs charges, or local handling fees. Any amount collected by Just Drip Shop is shown at checkout. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier, unless applicable law or the checkout expressly states otherwise. Customs processing can cause delays outside our direct control.

Delivery issues

If tracking shows delivery but you cannot locate the parcel, first check the delivery address, safe places, neighbours, and the carrier’s tracking information. If the parcel is damaged, appears lost, or contains the wrong item, contact info@justdrip.shop promptly with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate. We will investigate and provide the remedy required by the circumstances and applicable law.
